These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

Each individual may register only one account on 66ex. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing it with anyone is prohibited.
• If you suspect your account is being accessed without authorisation, contact 66ex support immediately.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• The account cannot be transferred to another person.
• No false name, address, or identity may be used when creating an account.

A National ID (NID), passport, or driving license is accepted for KYC verification. Verification will be completed within 48 hours of document submission.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use 66ex. These conditions form an essential part of 66ex's core policies.

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Health: Must be of sound mind and full mental capacity.
• Restrictions: 66ex cannot be accessed from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

66ex is strictly committed to protecting minors. If any account is suspected of belonging to a minor, 66ex will immediately suspend that account and notify the relevant authorities where applicable.

66ex offers several convenient payment methods for deposits. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds must come solely from the account holder's own account.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposited funds cannot be used in games before they are credited to your 66ex balance.
• 66ex may initiate a verification process for any suspicious transaction.

Withdrawals on 66ex are simple and fast. Please ensure the following conditions are met.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will not be processed without a completed KYC.
• 66ex reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request pending verification.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made per day.

66ex regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to all bonus usage.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to a 300% bonus on their first deposit.
• The first deposit must be made within 30 days of registration to claim the bonus.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may only be participated in once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after wagering requirements are met.
• Winnings from Free Bets or Free Spins are also subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are only valid on designated games — please refer to the details of each promotion.
• 66ex reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a member is found abusing bonuses, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 66ex.

• Each game has its own rules, detailed within the game itself.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cashout option is available).
• If a technical error results in an abnormally large win, 66ex reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• 66ex is not liable for bets lost due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• 66ex reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds.

66ex records the outcome of all games. In the event of any dispute, server logs will be considered the final and definitive record.

• Collusion: Colluding with multiple players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software Hacking: Unauthorized access to 66ex software or servers.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms simultaneously to guarantee a profit.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a fraudulent chargeback after a payment has been made.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or scripts.

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Suspicious financial transactions or money laundering.
• Cheating or attempting to harm other players.
• Being underage or accessing from a restricted jurisdiction.
• By order of a regulatory authority.
